Shipping and Returns


All items are shipped FOB Fort Lauderdale, FL (which means that the customer pays all shipping costs from our facility). We only use Federal Express. In order to manage control of the shipments and to properly insure, we do now ship on customer account.


Physical items returned within 30 days will be refunded minus a 15% restock/processing fee. You must get an RMA before returning any item. If you believe the product is defective you must first contact support for a determination of the problem. Often we can just ship a part. If you return a product you believe is defective without first obtaining authority from support, and nothing is found to be wrong with the item, you will be charged a 1 hour labor charge. No RMAs will be issued after 30 days from the invoice/shipping date.
