bwmgrStartup reads the /etc/rc.bwmgr startup file and runs the commands 100x faster than from a shell script. bwmgrStartup is run at boot by /usr/local/etc/rc.d/bwmgr if the bwmgr_enable variable is set to "YES" in /etc/rc.confbwmgr_enable="YES"
